Online support

Connect the network plug to the Internet, the plug is normally located by the electrical cupboard behind a high machine door. When the connection is made and an internet connection can be made, click the "Nodi Quick Support" icon on the desktop, wait for "Ready to connect".

Before you connect please call us or e-mail to be sure someone is ready to support you.

You can download the support client program:

The support client is a small TeamViewer program which connects to Nodi and lets us help you by giving us access to your desktop. Nodi A/S might need to charge hourly for remote support, you are always welcome to ask us for support and prices.
