Connect the network plug to the Internet, the plug is normaly located by the electrical cubboard behinnd a high machine door.

Wen the connection is made and an internet connection can be made klick the "Nodi Helpdesk" icon on the desktop and then click "Internet support".

You can can download the support client program here.

The support client is a small Teamviewer program witch connects to Nodi and lets us help you by giving us acces to your desktop. This client program does not install anything on your computer. Nodi A/S does not take any responsibility for any consequence the use of this program may cause you.
